Summary: By using TunnelMesh, you agree to these Terms. TunnelMesh provides zero-trust network ingress, HTTP/TCP tunneling, and AI agent routing. You are responsible for software and traffic routed through your endpoints.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and TunnelMesh Technologies, represented by Lasya Indracanti. By accessing https://tunnelmesh.net, running the CLI, or utilizing our APIs and relays, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TunnelMesh provides ingress tunnels, webhook delivery, MCP guard, and multi-tenant proxying. You agree NOT to use the platform for malware distribution, phishing, credential harvesting, unauthorized port scans, or denial-of-service attacks.
We provide Free and Paid (Pro, Enterprise) subscription plans. Paid tiers are processed via authorized payment partners, including Razorpay and Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to your chosen plan.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any tunnel endpoint or user account found in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or endangering network integrity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
