You can cancel your paid subscription (Pro or Enterprise tier) at any time from your dashboard under Plan & Usage or by emailing billing@tunnelmesh.net. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your billing period, after which it reverts to the Free tier without penalty.
We provide a full 7-day money-back refund for new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 7 days, email billing@tunnelmesh.net for a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay / Stripe back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
