This DPA supplements our Terms of Service for customers subject to GDPR, CCPA, or the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Customer is the Data Controller. TunnelMesh (represented by Lasya Indracanti) acts as the Data Processor regarding personal data passing through our proxy relays.
We maintain strict Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs), including TLS 1.3 encryption, logical multi-tenant database isolation, and security audit logs.
